FAR FROM STRESS, CLOSE TO SUCCESS

The TED Denizli College campus, far from the stresses of the city and intertwined with nature, is truly the perfect location for education and training in Denizli.

Our college, which conducts its educational activities on 22,000 m2 of indoor and 4,000 m2 of outdoor space, offers all the physical facilities a student could need, from academic learning to sports and cultural and artistic activities.

Our campus boasts a unique architectural design, with every detail meticulously planned, from indoor and outdoor sports areas, a dining hall and conference hall, IT, technology, and science laboratories to music and visual arts workshops.

When designing the TED Denizli College project, we created an environmentally friendly and contemporary educational environment with a mechanical infrastructure that meets international standards, high levels of comfort and safety, and aesthetically pleasing aesthetics.

SOLAR POWER PLANTER

TED Denizli College meets its electrical energy needs with a rooftop solar power plant. The solar power plant, consisting of 18 inverters, has a production capacity of approximately 713 MWh (megawatt-hours).

With our 524-watt installed panel, we meet all of our school's electrical energy needs, and we feed the excess into the grid.

TED Denizli College protects nature by choosing renewable energy, and this investment also contributes to the national economy.

Thanks to the solar power plant, TED Denizli College prevents over 217,433 kg of carbon dioxide emissions annually. Scientific data indicates that a mature tree converts 22 kilograms of carbon dioxide into oxygen annually. Based on this data, it's safe to say that TED Denizli College alone contributes as much to nature as a forest.

BIOLOGICAL TREATMENT FACILITY

TED Denizli College sets an example not only with its educational commitment to raising environmental awareness among its students, but also with its practices and physical investments. We treat our wastewater with our biological wastewater treatment plant, which has a daily capacity of 65 cubic meters. The wastewater is cleaned in our treatment plant, which we strictly monitor through regular analyses, allowing us to grow vegetables and fruits in the greenhouses we have established in our schoolyard. We use the excess wastewater for irrigation, as well as for greenhouses, and release it back into the environment.

TWO IMPORTANT CERTIFICATES

TED Denizli College holds the Zero Waste Basic Level Certificate and the Environmental Permit Certificate issued by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate Change. We comply with all legal procedures required by the Environmental Law. Each year, we make plans to improve our environmental performance above the previous year. We do not settle for the standards required by laws and relevant institutions; we strive to leave a cleaner, more livable world for our future and to raise environmentally conscious individuals.

WE ARE ENVIRONMENTAL AWARD-WINNING

TED Denizli College holds the International ECO-Schools Green Flag award for our environmentally focused educational efforts.
